Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a condition suitable for return, meaning it may be opened or unopened, provided it is returned in reasonable condition and not excessively damaged beyond normal inspection use.

All returns must include proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate purchase for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund once the returned item has been received and inspected.


Reshipment Fee

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, and a reshipment is requested, a 40% reshipment fee based on the original order total will apply.

This fee covers additional shipping, handling, and logistics costs associated with resending the order.


Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale and include proof of purchase.
